Bought a new 22 BMW X7 and set up a service appointment frustrated with a charger that didn’t work. Found out it was due to chip shortage and not BMW or Schomps fault. However they had a great Lyft program frustrated with a charger that didn’t work. Found out it was due to chip shortage and not BMW or Schomps fault. However they had a great Lyft program to take me home, easy appointments, amazing facility, and most important of all; best employees. Garrett Bourcier offered to help show me more features and and I left with a new understand of this amazing machine (and super computer). Garrett is a BMW Genius and I was so impressed with his knowledge. Usually I’m left explaining to people as I’ve had over 10 BMWs and know the cars inside and out. Not in this case, he was a true genius and couldn’t be stumped! Talk about service! Oh, and he did it all while making me a vanilla latte. Can I come here more! No way, my wife would kill me. Thanks Schomp! More

I was expecting to spend hours at the dealership, but it was so quick. He also didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need so I was very happy getting in and out of there in a couple hours!
