I've worked with Albert, Amanda, Dylan and one of the managers Adrian and Keith helped greatly on a recent issue. Great BMW loaner cars, video docs for diagnosis, a top notch dealer I've been in car busisness off and on for 24 years and think this is one of the best dealers around- especially for BMW!
