Miles is awesome to work with. Not only is he patient; but he's also knowledgeable and honest - unfortunately, all traits that many in vehicle sales lack nowadays. When I purchased a vehicle from him, Miles took the time to allow me to test drive different models, explained the key differences, provided recommendations and suggestions on upgrades, and I feel as if he was on my side when it came to working out a deal with his management. Working with Miles was a pleasure, especially because he knows his cars well - everything from fun cars like Jeep Wranglers, to fast and luxury Euro cars. Another reason why I think Miles is awesome... My nephew, who's 19 has been car shopping; but he really wants something with a manual transmission and within a student budget - I was happy when Miles took the time to help him look vs other places that literally told him to come back with a parent. I'm glad Miles has patience and a positive attitude when it comes to dealing with people since that creates long-term relationships vs annoying sales people that just try to push one to make a decision and/or walk away if they suspect a person is not buying something.
