Horrible customer service - I had problems with them on both the sales side of things as well as the service side. I special ordered a brand new convertible - they tried to change the contract at the time both the sales side of things as well as the service side. I special ordered a brand new convertible - they tried to change the contract at the time of delivery to make more money / also the options I ordered were incorrect. The car was also pathetic. It had to be towed into the shop because of electrical / computer problems 4 times and overall required service calls 7 times until I was able to get rid of the car. The dealership would do absolutely nothing to help. Once the car left their lot - they didn't want anything to do with it. Stay away! More
