Schomp BMW

My husband Craig and I had started our "dream search" about 3 weeks ago, just prior to my going to Canada on a business trip. I wasn't even sure that I would afford the luxury of a BMW...I have search" about 3 weeks ago, just prior to my going to Canada on a business trip. I wasn't even sure that I would afford the luxury of a BMW...I have a very good little economic car and I'm happy with it. But the lure of the BMW has been part of me all my life, so we just went "to look." We saw the car that we bought in your lot on a Sunday and it seemed as perfect for us as we now know it is. So when we went back this past Saturday (just to "test drive--we were NOT going to buy anything!") we fully expected it to be gone (2011, low miles, great features, etc.) but it wasn't. So, Craig went into the showroom and met Jim Merrell whom brought out the keys to the car and began to shepherd us through the best experience either of us has ever had purchasing a car! Jim was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, responsive and so very competent from beginning to end. He explained a lot about the car prior to our test driving it. He explained about Schomp and your no-haggle/no-hassle policy, and that he was the person with whom we would work through the entire process (very good news to us!). And then he showed us what our costs would be and gave us a spot-on idea of financing through our credit union. The car, the figures, the salesman--all made the decision to purchase our car at Schomp a no-brainer! Jim set us up with Corrie, a very professional and knowledgeable young woman as well, who took us through all the features of the car, programmed our phones and our garage door opener, and gave us her card to call her if we had any questions. She stayed after hours to do this, not seeming rushed but pleased to be helping us. She even drove the car to the front of the company so we would have it when we finished all the paperwork with Jim (who also stayed late to fiinish up with us as well!) This is the most expensive car I've ever purchased and I usually have huge buyer's remorse when purchasing a house or anything of a larger caliber than a coat! I admit to a little of that, but it cannot be denied that this car, combined with a stellar experience with Jim and Schomp, is right for us. And the icing on the cake--you filled the gas tank for us! I've never had that happen before. We will definitely--and already have--relay this story to friends and family and suggest Jim and Schomp to anyone who is looking for not only a high quality car, but the highest quality experience! Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgable. Even though we were there to buy a used vehicle, we were treated with the utmost respect.
