Chris, is absolutely the BEST! He is so well-mannered, very polite, and thinks ahead of the customer, like when I asked him if they could do an oil change also, as I just just brought the vehicle in for a very polite, and thinks ahead of the customer, like when I asked him if they could do an oil change also, as I just just brought the vehicle in for a tire rotation. I was quite pleasantly surprised at the level of service offered by everyone on staff at Schomp BMW. I worked with Stephanie a few months ago to test drive a car that I did not fall in love with at the time. I re-visited the dealership on Saturday to test drive another car I saw online. I asked to work with Stephanie but she was busy with other clients at the time. I was then assisted by another gentleman until Stephanie was free, they then completed a pass off so that she could take over the sale at my request. Stephanie took the time to make sure that I was able to test drive all of the cars that I wanted at the time. Quite honestly, I had no intention to buy on this visit. I fell in love with this car during the test drive and Stephanie was kind enough to sit with me and work out the numbers to see if this would be the right purchase for me. All in all, I am thrilled with this vehicle purchase and I would not be driving it right now if it weren't for Stephanie and her calm and comfortable approach in working with me. I never felt pressured, only supported to make the best decision for myself. This is inclusive of all staff with whom I had contact. This is a welcome change to the expected high pressure salesmanship offered in the automotive sales industry and truly what does and will set you apart in the future. More

I was following along on your website and the "virtual" sales call worked well. We communicated by email and phone for two days. Mike responded promptly while off the clock a few times. His communication style is professional and efficient. A level of trust was formed very quickly based on our back and forth. Mike's "relationship selling" style and his use of key phrases such as "your car" (seemingly basic tactic but effective)during discussions served to decrease any apprehension and shortened my decision time. My on site experience was equally pleasant and professional. Mike went beyond his duty to snag a bag of chips for my whiny step-daughter. He was thoughtful and wasted no time. The on site engagement took longer than I had hoped and it seems that this is simply the nature of any auto purchase. Despite this, Mike treated us as respected guests and made the experience as painless as possible. As I mentioned in a recent email to Schomp, "It's all just cars until you add a rep like Mike Anderson to the formula." There is a valuable sales lesson here for any company or rep that aspires to succeed selling anything to anyone. Respect, Access, Professionalism, Product Knowledge and Efficiency are paramount to sales success. The best product is only as great as the rep's ability to relate with the prospect. Thanks to Schomp for investing in quality staff to represent quality products. P.S. I am working in the music business now and transitioning from "traditional" corporate America but my sales background includes hiring and managing a national team of healthcare reps. This was by far the best experience I've had. The entire purchase process with Len was a joy. Many times when buying a vehicle, it is a "necessary evil". Overall every time I have taken my car into Schomp BMW it has been a very pleasant experience. All staff in the service department is courteus and always willing to help. Jim Merrell was very courteous while helping me test drive several models that I was considering. After test driving a cars at Schomp, and other dealers, I found one that meet my needs and budget; it was at Schomp. Jim had taken his family for vacation and Brian Neal gave me the same level of courtesy with the final test drive and paperwork. I would recommend Schomp, Brian Neal & Jim Merrell to family because of their main objective of helping you find a car that fits your needs; not receiving a higher commission. No pressure, no gimmicks & fair price. More
