Since there is no incentive for dealers to push you to a car that you cannot afford, all of the sales people were very helpful. Second survey associated with the same visit. Still have not received any feedback from the first survey. Drop-off experience was very good. No explanation of the work completed (other than shorthand on the work order form) and no one was available to answer questions. I had noted that squeaking brakes continue to be an issue for me-- no mention of what, if anything, was done. They continue to be an issue. No follow-up phone calls or emails-- even after I mentioned I was not entirely pleased with my overall experience. Thank you. More
