Second survey associated with the same visit. Still have not received any feedback from the first survey. Drop-off experience was very good. Reception was friendly, organized, loaner car was ready/waiting, etc. Pick-up experience was not good. No explanation of the work completed (other than shorthand on the work order form) and no one was available to answer questions. I had noted that squeaking brakes continue to be an issue for me-- no mention of what, if anything, was done. They continue to be an issue. No follow-up phone calls or emails-- even after I mentioned I was not entirely pleased with my overall experience. Thank you. More
I had a great experience. All the work was done well and on time. Also, my SA Mike, is extremely personable and a pleasure to work with! Also, the tech who works on my car, Chad, actually came out to talk t on time. Also, my SA Mike, is extremely personable and a pleasure to work with! Also, the tech who works on my car, Chad, actually came out to talk to me about a recurring problem I was having. I really appreciated this and like to know and talk to the person actually working on my car. More

There was a recall on a fuel pump, and the car had to be reprogrammed. I could not do that in the first trip because a snow storm was moving in so I brought it back. I was told it would take 2 hours, but it reprogrammed. I could not do that in the first trip because a snow storm was moving in so I brought it back. I was told it would take 2 hours, but it took 4. Time was not an issue for me; just gave me more time to be with my daughter. Everyone was very nice - I needed some things out of the car, and they went out of their way to get the trunk open for me. Odd thing happened though - my passenger side blinker quit working after the re-programming. Please use my planatlaw@gmail.com address - I am getting two e-mails from you, and I only need one. Thanks. More
My personal experience from start to finish was fantastic. I bought a 2007 328xi. The price was higher than I would've paid to a private party, but the CPO/extended warranty and excellent custome fantastic. I bought a 2007 328xi. The price was higher than I would've paid to a private party, but the CPO/extended warranty and excellent customer service make the higher cost worth it. I would definitely recommend my Sales Consultant to anyone looking for someone who is helpful and informative, but not pushy. His name is Wayland Whisler. First off, I was weighing the dealership's vehicle against a similar 'private party' vehicle. Wayland did not try to force the sale. He was even kind enough to pull up the service records for the other BMW and confirm it had no major issues. All he asked from me was a follow-up to my decision after testing both cars. Delivery of the vehicle was unlike any experience I've had at any other dealership. Granted this is my first BMW purchase, so I have no basis to compare. With that said, they completely detailed the car above my expectations. I was also given a complete walk-through of the vehicle in their basement garage. This is much more than I expected purchasing a 4 year old entry level BMW. You may get the same service at other BMW dealerships in Denver, but why risk it. As long as the price is right for the vehicle, Ralph Schomp BMW and Wayland will be the first direction I go when I decide to buy my next car. I apologize for any grammatical errors. I'm too tired to proof read. David Parker, CO More
The process for buying my vehicle through Schomp was very pleasant. We arrived, as scheduled, for our test drive at 8:45am on the morning of Mar 7. We told the staff that we were exremely tight on time and that time restraint seemed to be respected throughout the day. We didn't have to arrange for anyone else to pick our kids up at school! When I first got test-drove the vehicle, I loved it! My wife, however, was turned off by vehicles' lack of cleanliness. There were crumbs, trash, and other unidentified (and frankly, I don't want to know) 'stuff' left in the Tahoe from the previous owner in the rear cupholders, in the cracks of the seats, and in the seat mounts. This is something that can be easily overlooked if those items were cleaned out when the vehicle gets detailed prior to delivering it to us. We were dissapointed to find that the mess was still there when we took the new car. Since we live an hour away from the dealership, we resolved to just finish 'detailing' the Tahoe ourselves. This took us about two hours to complete once we got home--so, instead of completely enjoying the new car fealing, we spent time cleaning up someone else's mess in our new $30,000 purchase. The cleaning that we did was something that I would have expected to have been done by the time we test-drove the vehicle in the first place. The dissapointment is that we drove the car at 8:45am and didn't leave the dealership until 1:45pm. The detailing was left to the last 20 minutes before we had to leave, so we don't place blame on the detailing staff--they did all they could do with the time permitted! The detailing work done on our car seemed to be a quick vacuum and oily wipedown of the car's interior and a quick trip through the car-wash. In this case, the Schomp staff was aware that we were coming to look at this particular vehicle the day before we arrived and it was still not ready for us based on the standards that I would expect from a high-end BMW car dealer--even for a used car purchase! That said, this is our only complaint. I would still recommend Schomp to family and friends, but would caution them to beware of the vehicles cleanliness if buying a used vehicle from your dealership. Regards, Tyler Olson More
TJ, Nick, and John were incredible. They provided me options in a no pressure environment. John was entertaining and informative. The financing portion of buying a car is always stressful for me, but at options in a no pressure environment. John was entertaining and informative. The financing portion of buying a car is always stressful for me, but at Schomp, there was no secret "back room" where a deal was put together. Everything was out in the open. They offered me a fair and reasonable price for my trade right up front. No need to haggle or play games. Samantha spent time showing me the ins and outs of my new vehicle and was available for further questions. The entire experience was stress free, and, dare I say... Enjoyable! More

The maintenance team ensured to take the extra time to track down all possible causes and ensure the repair was completed to my satisfaction while giving me a loaner car. The repair took a few days but I was kept up to date with the troubleshooting and in the end a repair that had many unusual faults and would have likely taken several trips back and forth was fully fixed in one trip. This is very important to me since I live over 70 miles away. More
