I appreciate the direct and respectful approach taken by the people at Schomp and a willingness to do whatever it takes to take care of us and our car. I work in the UK and my wife works in Houston while we maintain our home in Colorado - but my wife needed the car in Houston. Dean arranged for the car to be shipped to her door in Houston with no problem and the leasing arrangements were made by email and phone from England and Texas. Similarly, when the lease came to an end, we were able to get the lease inspection done in Houston and the buyout information was done by email so that when I was back to Colorado all I had to do was write a check for the residual. Going forward, it doesn't matter where we live, we plan to buy from Schomp. Even if the steering wheel is on the right side of the car (kidding). Ralph Schomp BMW Service is a friendly, efficient operation. At 7:25 AM, they had me in and out within 10 minutes, on my way to work in a loaner car. When I returned at 5:40 PM, they had me on my way home within 10 minutes. This is a huge change from my previous dealer, Prestige Audi, where there was always a long wait, sometimes no loaner car, and overselling on services that didn't really need to be performed. I had a BMW 5 series that I loved for many years, so why I ever bought an Audi is beyond me. I'm so glad to be back in a BMW and with Ralph Schomp! 6 stars on a scale of 5. More
