The overall experience was terrific. It was a very smooth process. We had visited several other dealers and test drove the Audi Q5 (interested in the Q7 but the Audi dealership didn't have any on the smooth process. We had visited several other dealers and test drove the Audi Q5 (interested in the Q7 but the Audi dealership didn't have any on the lot) and the Porsche Cayenne. I liked the BMW the best. It was an easy decision for me. I ordered the 2012 - and had the window tinted before I picked it up. Went after work to sign the paperwork, got to the dealership at 5:30 and was out by 7pm! Wonderful.!! More
Great experience with my first service on the new car. Chris is my service contact and he was able to get me in at a time good for me and a loaner car was at my disposal. I described the issue in the previous survey and don't need to repeat I hope. A couple issues, the most egregious being the failure of my E46 sunroof (again), and being asked to pay $1,900 to fix it. The need to repeat I hope. A couple issues, the most egregious being the failure of my E46 sunroof (again), and being asked to pay $1,900 to fix it. The design of this is known to be a problem as many attest on the internet. I believe BMW should have fixed these as a factory recall long ago, or provide some compensation to owners. As it is now, the sunroof is shut and the motor disconnected until I can find some shop to perform this work less expensively. Secondly, and very minor, a young man at the concierge desk may not be in the best position for his particular personality. I think his name is Taylor or Tyler. He wasn't conversive or engaging, and when going into the tunnel to move a car so the loaner car could be pulled out, he just walked off out the roll-up door. When picking up my car from service, he dissapeared for some time, causing not only grief with me but concern with Stuart and the other concierge. All together, not one of my best experiences with Schomp whom I've recommended to others in the past. Please note that Stuart was professional and very good. More

Every staff person we encountered was equally friendly and welcoming. Steve Hensley, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the product and well-qualified to answer any and all of our questions. He was excellent in his sales approach, i.e. he let the car sell itself and had a perfect balance of knowing when to talk and when to be quiet to let my husband and me explore/experience the car and discuss our thoughts between ourselves. We never felt pressured. We always felt that we were being dealt with honestly and fairly in all aspects from history of the car to completing all the sales paperwork. We felt we received a fair price on trading in our Land Rover and definitely a great price on our X3. It was a "Brass Hat" special with only about 10K miles but every bit like a brand new car, except the new sticker price - which was to our advantage, of course. Receiving the personalized letter from Lisa Schomp, the first evening we came to the dealership, with the history of her family car business and her philosophy on how to treat the customer was a very nice touch. It instilled confidence and contributed to us feeling very comfortable with Schomp BMW, especially the "one price" method, which removed any stress related to negotiating. Having one point of contact, e.g. our salesman, throughout the process was very smooth. The delivery process by Glen March was exceptional. Schomp BMW is a first class business model that other dealerships would gain from emulating. We would not hesitate to return to Schomp for our next vehicle. More
We live out of the area and had just traveled 3 hours to purchase a BMW from another dealer in Parker, Colorado. We were extremely disappointed when we arrived to look at this vehicle that was not at all a purchase a BMW from another dealer in Parker, Colorado. We were extremely disappointed when we arrived to look at this vehicle that was not at all as described to us and in fact the salesman flat out lied. We stopped by Shomp before heading out of the area feeling completely defeated. Marcello greeted us at the door. Not only was he extremely professional but listened to what we were looking for. We kept in constant contact with him over the next few weeks while he looked for a vehicle for us. When one came in on trade he immediately contacted us and sent photos and description. He obtained financing and prepared the vehicle for sale before we ever came back to the dealership. When we came in a couple weeks later, the financing was in place and the vehicle was exactly as Marcello had stated it was. We left with our "new" BMW and the very next day left for a road trip and put over 1,600 miles on it. What a treat! Not only is BMW the best but so was our experience at Shomp! Found extra part while going over the vehicle with Corrie Nave. Asked your mechanic and he broke a connecter for the fresh air/cabin filter. He didn't even offer to have it replaced. Hopefully at my next service they will take care of this for me without charge. Corrie didn't know answer to several questions I had about the vehicle (Hands free phone, auto locks when put in gear, simple programs for radio). Most of my questions I found answers to using the provided CD. I wanted the truck programmed to auto lock the doors when put in gear. Their response was it'll have to be hooked up and programmed implying it would cost me. Again I'll have this checked when I bring it in for it's next service. I LOVE this X5! Stephanie Reese was very professional, friendly and so helpful. Loved dealing with her. More
