I am grateful to Paul Lim for suggesting I try the three coup. Although it is a much smaller car, the wide opening door solves all my issues with access. I am very happy with the 3 convertable. My first contact with Jim Morrell left me with a positive impression. I felt that Jim was a person that I would feel comfortable working with to buy a car. He put me at ease. Experience was great overall. Nick is superb at customer service and quick to think in situations that pop up that warrant thinking "outside the box." The only thing I wish could have improved my experience was the price tag of the car. I still think that Schomp could have come down a bit given some comps. The emphasis was on the warranty, however, I feel that Schomp could have done more than wave the warranty up as the variable to make pricing equitable. I just spoke yesterday with my good friend Tim Jordan who mentioned to me that he knows Schomp's Sales Manager and thinks the price may have had a tiny bit of room for reduction as well. Overall I am happy, but the price tag issue (which Nick could not help in his position) is what leaves me with a rating of 8 vs. a 10. More

I live in Colorado Springs so I began my search on Schomp's web site. Wayland was very helpful in providing me the all of the information on the Certified Preowned X3s that were of intrest to me. I agreed to meet Wayland at the dealership and drive three of the vehicles. I was greeted as soon as I walked thru the front door. The staff was friendly and paged Wayland to meet me. We took each of the cars out for a short drive and talked about the vehicles. Wayland made sure the cars were clean and ready to go. I told Wayland that I was in the process of selling my car and when that was completed I would be ready to buy. He was very professional and let me proceed at my own pace. I sold my car later that afternoon and called Wayland to but the car of my choice. We made the deal over the phone. I was going to pay cash for the car so I needed some time to get my money together. Again Wayland helped me through the process. My car was ready as promised. It was spotless and perfectly detailed. Jim in the parts department set me up with new floor rubber floor mats and Corrie answered all my question about the vehicle. All the folks at Schomp made the process very easy. This was the best experience that I have had with a BMW Dealership. I am a twelve year member of the BMW Car Club of America and I would gladly recomend Wayland and Schomp to my fellow BMW CCA members. Outstanding job! More
