I really wanted a pretty blue SUV. I had purchased a grey X5 in March and absolutely love it but always wondered if it was up to the quality of used cars that I need. I thought about trading the grey o grey X5 in March and absolutely love it but always wondered if it was up to the quality of used cars that I need. I thought about trading the grey one in on the blue one, but then decided to keep both. The blue 2002 X5 was in wonderful shape and so clean and pretty. Just what I expect in an used car. The price on it was extremely fair and I was happy to make the purchase. I found the blue X5 on the internet and drove down to Denver to just go on an "adventure" more or less. I was 100% certain that I would buy but when I say the vehicle, I was sold. Then the customer service regarding how could I get the new X5 home and my other one too was exceptional. I left my grey X5 there to be inspected by your men and while they did find some issues that need to be attended to pretty quickly, I think I am going to keep it as well and use it in the winter time. Tom Todd was the nicest and most down to earth person. I LOVE the no pressure sales and I also love the ONE PRICE. I hate haggling. I thank you all so much for making this X5 purchase such a positive experience and I thank your service team for inspecting my other X5 and letting me know what it needed to bring it up to par with the type of vehicle I need to be able to rely on. Schomp BMW and their employees should be recognized for their attention to detail. From the person who meets you in the drive through, to the Service Advisor, the person helping you obtain a loaner car, t their attention to detail. My wife and I live in Oklahoma, and our son is a student in Denver. His vehicle broke down beyond repair, and we found ourselves shopping for a new vehicle in Denver, without knowing where to go or who to s in Denver. After several very unpleasant experiences, we went to Schomp BMW, to look at a used car. We were met by a wonderful receptionist, who treated us like we were the only customers on the lot. We were greeted with a smile and the utmost professionalism. We were then introduced to Greg Weddington, who was the most professional and courteous salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was courteous, no-pressure, and helped make the stress of purchasing a vehicle outside our home state a real pleasure. I would recommend Greg and the entire Schomp dealership to anyone and everyone!!!! I would even seriously consider driving from Oklahoma to Denver to purchase my next vehicle!! More

I have had extensive return visits to address the engine light problem coming back on and I don't think I'm exaggerating at 8 to 10 return trips to "fix" the problem. I know Chris and his team have done everything possible and I have nothing but praise for his professional and friendly interaction with me. We have a little joke between us for the number of times I have returned with the same issue but he has consistently done his best to find a solution. I must have selected an X-5 that loves to come back to the dealership cause it has spent as much time there as in my garage. More
