My wife and I live in Oklahoma, and our son is a student in Denver. After several very unpleasant experiences, we went to Schomp BMW, to look at a used car. We were met by a wonderful receptionist, who treated us like we were the only customers on the lot. We were greeted with a smile and the utmost professionalism. We were then introduced to Greg Weddington, who was the most professional and courteous salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was courteous, no-pressure, and helped make the stress of purchasing a vehicle outside our home state a real pleasure. I would recommend Greg and the entire Schomp dealership to anyone and everyone!!!! I would even seriously consider driving from Oklahoma to Denver to purchase my next vehicle!! More

I have had extensive return visits to address the engine light problem coming back on and I don't think I'm exaggerating at 8 to 10 return trips to "fix" the problem. I know Chris and his team have done everything possible and I have nothing but praise for his professional and friendly interaction with me. We have a little joke between us for the number of times I have returned with the same issue but he has consistently done his best to find a solution. I must have selected an X-5 that loves to come back to the dealership cause it has spent as much time there as in my garage. More

Billy Cosbey is a great asset to Schomp BMW. His attenttion to customer service is outstanding. While my car was being worked on, I was completely in the loop as to the status of my car. I never once had t call to check on it; he was updating me regularly. In a time when many businesses do not value costumer service, Billy makes this a priority with his clients. I brought my 2008 5 Series in for repair due to loose bracket on the front of the vehicle. During the inspection the technicians found a leaking seal on the transmission. As no fluid making it to the gr bracket on the front of the vehicle. During the inspection the technicians found a leaking seal on the transmission. As no fluid making it to the ground I was not aware of the issue. This could easily have been passed on to a future visit, and ignored by the tech but it was not. Dealer notified me of the problem and went to work to fix it. Late afternoon I was notified that it was fixed but appeared to still have seepage. Again this could easily have been passed off resulting in having to come back for a second visit. Repair was re-done the next day. Additional warrantee services were also completed (Wipers) including one that I missed that needed to be done,r eplacement of brake fluid. Car was returned vacumed and washed even on what was a rainy day. Schomp service team clearly has been trained to provide exceptional service and not to just "push it back out the door". This level of service is what sets the BMW brand apart from "other" lesser brands that I have owned over the years. More

He was friendly and upbeat without being overly zealous and annoying - as many car salesmen can be! :) Glenn did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles on my X5, and believe me, I am technologically challenged, so he had lots of explaining to do - over and over! Had bad gasoline and the car stalled out 150 miles from dealer. BMW towed the car to schomp. They gave me a loaner car with no notice.
