The customer service is first rate. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and asked if we would like a drink while we waited. The fridge was packed with ice water and different types of soda. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes and Mike was ready to go with us on a test drive of the car we were looking at. On the drive, Mike explained the buying/selling policies to us and we got to know each other a bit. It was very friendly and we were able to test drive on the highway and in town. The service dept was able to find an update to my car software. The car does not hesitate when I drive off from a full stop. They also were able to tell me why my key fobs were no being recognized, due software. The car does not hesitate when I drive off from a full stop.
