Best experience I have ever had buying a car. It was a warm day in Denver so the customer lounge was a great place to have a refreshment. Oil service had been done quick and in a polite manner. Mr Stegmair informed me that my car was ready, showed me where it was and we politely said good bye. Upon looking at my car door prior to opening I n Mr Stegmair informed me that my car was ready, showed me where it was and we politely said good bye. Upon looking at my car door prior to opening I noticed scratch marks on the outside of the passenger door. I called asked someone to call Mr Stegmair for me and when he returned I showed him the passenger door. He said he hadn't noticed it when he did his check of the car after the work was completed so he had no way if knowing when it had happened, but he would arrange a time for it to be repaired. At this time we are still playing phone tag to find a time that he can have it done. More

I mentioned that occassionally the serpentine belt squeals. The service guy said the belt and the tensioner looked okay. Most dealers would have replaced the belt, the tensioner, the brakes, and cig squeals. The service guy said the belt and the tensioner looked okay.
