Everything was wonderful! Im very happy to say that everything about my experience at Schomp, and specifically with Mr. Niedbala, was perfect. He was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and very patient. I never felt like I had to bargain or work for a better price or better service and that was what I was most scared of. I know that I was making a used car purchase so it was probably not as exciting as your average BMW sale, but I didnt feel any less important. All of my questions were answered and the entire visit was comfortable and relaxed. I honestly cant image it going any better. I will be bringing cupcakes! More
I came to Schomp BMW looking for a completely different car than the one I purchased. During my first visit, I was so impressed by the customer service and attention to detail that I decided I would wait f car than the one I purchased. We even had a few hiccups along the way, but I always felt comfortable that I was getting the best possible value and the best possible car. And to add to it, a portion of my purchase went to support the Children's Hospital - can't do much better than that. More

Our experience of purchasing a new vehicle from Schomp BMW was absolutely the most positive car-buying experience we have ever had. (And we've purchased a lot of vehicles -- domestic, foreign, car, light BMW was absolutely the most positive car-buying experience we have ever had. (And we've purchased a lot of vehicles -- domestic, foreign, car, light truck, SUV, "average price", luxury -- since we bought our first new one in 1971.) Schomp's business model of "One-Price Selling" is a fantastic way to do business. We never felt any pressure to say "yes" to anything we didn't want, and, in fact, Brian Neal was very up-front about what would and would not make sense for us. When we finally settled on a particular model, we knew it was the right vehicle properly equipped for us. Even though Schomp's price wasn't the lowest we could have found in the marketplace, it was definitely competitive, and the price we were given for our trade-ins (two cars) was better than anywhere else. As a complete package, we got a great deal. We had to special-order our vehicle and Brian kept us informed during the production process so we always knew what the status was. When the vehicle finally arrived Brian handled all the delivery paperwork, which was a nice change from the typical process where you have to meet with a completely different person in the finance department. What a welcome difference! Then Corrie Nave took over. She went through all the features of our new BMW and explained how everything worked. She did a great job of answering our questions, and it's very obvious that she "knows her stuff!" I can say without any reservations whatsoever, that we will purchase another vehicle from Schomp BMW, and we would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

The customer service is first rate. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and asked if we would like a drink while we waited. The fridge was packed with ice water and different types of soda. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes and Mike was ready to go with us on a test drive of the car we were looking at. On the drive, Mike explained the buying/selling policies to us and we got to know each other a bit. It was very friendly and we were able to test drive on the highway and in town. The car is my dream car and I LOVE driving it. Paperwork went smoothly and we were very happy with the services all around! Thank you. I would gladly recommend Schomp BMW to my friends. The service dept was able to find an update to my car software. The car does not hesitate when I drive off from a full stop. They also were able to tell me why my key fobs were no being recognized, due software. The car does not hesitate when I drive off from a full stop. They also were able to tell me why my key fobs were no being recognized, due to me leaving the fob in the car. A big no-no. Also the am stations were making lots of popping noises. They found a defect with the insulation and corrected it. Got the best customer service ever!!! More
