James did an excellent job in providing all aspects of the sale, I didn't have to go through what I felt was the normal experience of having to talk to this or that manager. It was refreshing to have one person sit down with you and explain all of the paperwork that was being signed. He at no time made me feel any pressure in deciding on which vehicle was right for me. Samantha presented all of the options on the vehicle and how they worked, it made it very easy for me to use them after I left the dealership and in the days to come in making it personalized to me. This was the easiest car purchasing experience EVER! The fellows/NOT Car Salesmen were a delight to work with. I don't consider this a problem. I have just been used to having my car washed after a service appointment and when I picked up my car the car had not been washed and there was no mention why they didn't. to having my car washed after a service appointment and when I picked up my car the car had not been washed and there was no mention why they didn't. The customer service is great but I wish they would go the extra step when fixing your car. I have brought my car in twice to have the DVD player fixed and it is still not working. I'm 700 miles away from my 50K service and they should have just done it at the same time but didn't. I would like them to be a little more proactive when fixing your car. Christian is always very friendly and helpful and makes sure I have a loaner car to meet my needs. More
