We purchased a BMW 2011 328 xi Sportwagon 60 days ago. Once we got it home, our SUV and truck family found that it was too small for us. We have an active 3 year old and we go on a lot of road trips. He made sure that he found the perfect fit for us..and he happened to do so with one in stock! We got a 2011 X3 35i. It is a beautiful color and finish! We couldn't be happier! Mike helped us over a 2 week period with countless emails and questions. He was knowledgeable, professional and classy through the entire process. He listened to our concerns, our needs, and he made sure he found the perfect fit of car, options, and financing that fit us. Bait-and-switch: Schomp wasted my entire day through ignorance, dishonesty, or both. I worked out a deal throughout the week with a salesperson over the phone. I made sure the details of the deal were clear--even in writing. The salesperson emailed me the details. They looked good so I came into the store to proceed with a purchase. After we had done a test drive, haggled with a trade, etc., the salesperson informed me of a "mistake" that changed the deal completely. A classic bait-and-switch. These guys make buying a car a painful experience. Beware; these guys are xxxxxxxx and perpetuate the “typical” car salesman stereotype. More

My wife (Melissa) bought a 2002 530i from Schomp BMW through Wilson Todd Saturday evening (9/17). We had come to see a 325cic but it had already moved on. But furthermore, Wilson made the experience unbelievable - He explained everything about the cars we were looking at; he listened to our wants/needs; he stayed more than 2 hours after closing to complete our sale!
