A very pleasant experience working with Brian and his support team purchasing a Certified used BMW. It was refreshing to just work with one person from the start to finish and not have to deal with all support team purchasing a Certified used BMW. My wife (Melissa) bought a 2002 530i from Schomp BMW through Wilson Todd Saturday evening (9/17). We had come to see a 325cic but it had already moved on. But furthermore, Wilson made the experience unbelievable - He explained everything about the cars we were looking at; he listened to our wants/needs; he stayed more than 2 hours after closing to complete our sale! James did an excellent job in providing all aspects of the sale, I didn't have to go through what I felt was the normal experience of having to talk to this or that manager. It was refreshing to have one person sit down with you and explain all of the paperwork that was being signed. He at no time made me feel any pressure in deciding on which vehicle was right for me. Samantha presented all of the options on the vehicle and how they worked, it made it very easy for me to use them after I left the dealership and in the days to come in making it personalized to me. After all of the many different dealerships and cars I had test drove it was a great experience to have and I feel no regrets about going to Schomp for the car of my choice. Thank you. More

This was the easiest car purchasing experience EVER! The fellows/NOT Car Salesmen were a delight to work with. I don't consider this a problem. I have just been used to having my car washed after a service appointment and when I picked up my car the car had not been washed and there was no mention why they didn't. to having my car washed after a service appointment and when I picked up my car the car had not been washed and there was no mention why they didn't. I thought this was a normal service when you brought your car into BMW. I would have said something that day but I was in a hurry to get somewhere. My wife and I were very impressed with Schomp BMW and the employees we encountered there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
