My second CPO purchase from Schomp BMW went fast and easy, Schomp really treats customers very well!! I went to a dealership off colorado blvd first, just to find the internet sales man that I had spoke to on the telephone, already gone for the day, knowing I would be stopping in, then the salesman that did help me although a nice guy seemed a little pushy and getting a little agressive with a sale, So i decieded to head on down to Schomp where I purchased my first BMW, and Once again a Perfect 10. They advertise one hour buying process. We spent well over two hours and that was with an appointment AND being pre-approver with financing. I made sure the details of the deal were clear--even in writing. The salesperson emailed me the details. They looked good so I came into the store to proceed with a purchase. After we had done a test drive, haggled with a trade, etc., the salesperson informed me of a "mistake" that changed the deal completely. A classic bait-and-switch. These guys make buying a car a painful experience. Beware; these guys are xxxxxxxx and perpetuate the “typical” car salesman stereotype. More
