The day I purchased my car, I asked my salesman, Alex if Schomp was willing to fix the small dent in the door. After talking to his manager, Jill, they both agreed that they would be willing to buff it and repaint the dent. I scheduled an appointment and Blake, my boyfriend, dropped it off at the service shop. The service shop went above and beyond my expectations by taking off the layers of the door panels to fix the dent. It looks even better than I expected. Andrew, in the service shop was extremely courteous and always followed through with calls to let us know of the progress on the car. Alex was so honest, patient, efficient and appreciative of my business. Jill was professional, calm and understanding of my needs and willing to make it as perfect as possible. I recently had to have my BMW 328i jump-started by an AAA contractor and, unfortunately,the dashboard and radio electronics were disengaged. Then...Ralph Schomp to the rescue! I went to look for a new car with my dad last week and the sales man that was helping us was so friendly. He explained everything that we need to know about financing and he got someone to explain how the the sales man that was helping us was so friendly.
