Awesome dealership due to the actions of Tamara (sales) and Brian (finance), they made the entire process seamless. If you are in the market for a car and can't stand the run of the mill process, go see and Brian (finance), they made the entire process seamless. If you are in the market for a car and can't stand the run of the mill process, go see "Tam". In over 30 years of buying/selling/trading vehicles Tamara made this the easiest experience I've ever had. She was both attentive and adaptive as I moved the "finish line" several times. Tamara respected and honored my philosophy of: I love to buy things but I hate it when someone tries to sell me something. Throughout the entire process I would describe Tamara as a "smart friend" and she made the process an enjoyable one. She was so good, I bought a car I didn't even think I wanted/needed (now I can't imagine owning any else)... turns out I'm quite thankful she was looking out for my interests. Thanks Tam! More

Do no buy the Maintenance plans of any kind they cannot be canceled . Even if you cancel it right away, as GREEDY SCHOMP BMW WILL NOT REFUND THE MAINTENANCE PLAN. Reached out the GM and got a solid NO, be canceled . Even if you cancel it right away, as GREEDY SCHOMP BMW WILL NOT REFUND THE MAINTENANCE PLAN. Reached out the GM and got a solid NO, I paid 2,900 for it and used not one oil change sold the xxx BMW with squeaky brakes that could not be fixed in under 5000 miles from brand new and BMW want to keep all the cash. Guess I should have indulged more on the free sodas in the lobby you gready suckers. Bought many cars here and this is what you get. Do not believe they glamour and glitz the snakes still lurk in the weeds.HONESTY INTEGRITY AND ETHICS. NOTHING WAS PAID FOR ANY MAINTENANCE done AND YOU COLLECT 2,900 what kind of monopoly game are we playing. More
