The only comment on this dealer is that I bought TWO BMW's on 8.18.12 and I surely thought that the General Manager would have personally come to thank me for the business. Not that it was a big deal bu BMW's on 8.18.12 and I surely thought that the General Manager would have personally come to thank me for the business. Not that it was a big deal but I would think if you are spending $90,000.00 the GM of the business would at least come and shake my hand and say thank you. Take all that away and say no more, and the business dealing was terrific. I would/will come back again. Just the way I do my business however. A simple thank you, in person, means a lot to a customer. Not a big deal in the end however. More
This is our second X3 buying from Schomp BMW of Highlands Ranch in less than a year. Leonard Birnbaum-Sales Consultant is the one helping us on both purchases. He knew the product lines well, was not pushy, Ranch in less than a year. Leonard Birnbaum-Sales Consultant is the one helping us on both purchases. He knew the product lines well, was not pushy, and followed up very well. We had dealt with a different salesperson on our 2nd purchase, but it was a big mistake. We came back to Leonard Birnbaum. He had impressed us since the 1st time we met on our 1st purchase, and he remains our favorite sales consultant. He has a good personality, is friendly, communicates with us very effectively, plus he’s a good listener. He treated us with high quality service, excellent courtesy and respect. He was always there from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any family member or friends looking to purchase BMW. And we definitely will go back to him again on our next purchase. More
Even though my purchase was not a high ticket vehicle, the Sales, Service, and After Sales Care caused me to feel as if I were their most valued customer of the day. I purchased my BMW 300xi at Ralph Schomp over 13 years ago and have felt comfortable, confident and welcomed each and every time my BMW has been serviced at Ralph Schomp. Having built relationships wit ago and have felt comfortable, confident and welcomed each and every time my BMW has been serviced at Ralph Schomp. Having built relationships with the staff at Ralph Schomp for over a decade, I can relate this type of business relationship with those that I have with my family doctor, dentist, lawyer, etc. In summary, Ralph Schomp is not only great at what they do, they seem to accomplish the strong sense of "community-culture" not only within the company, but more significantly, direct with their clients. And that's what keeps us coming back. Based on my experience with other dealerships of other vechiles I have had, by far, Ralph Schomp is a true leader in the industry and gets it. It is my view that Ralph Schomp be used as the basis for training, enhancing or building of other dealerships, because their cadence and perfection cannot be met. Purchased a Ford Flex from Willson Todd and was told that it was in near perfect condition, I live in Idaho and Purchased the vehicle unseen (big mistake) because I work out of state and Didn't see the vehic it was in near perfect condition, I live in Idaho and Purchased the vehicle unseen (big mistake) because I work out of state and Didn't see the vehicle till after my wife had been driving it for a month. Upon first seeing it I noticed that the panels on the drivers side do not line up.. sound framiliar? Yeah i posted on here once before and thought I should leave an update, Also took it in to get an oil change and service and the transfer case oil was so thick and full of shavings that they couldn't suck it out, I had to take it to a dealership and pay to have it dropped split in two, cleaned and reinstalled. The general sales manager Jeff called me and told me that he would like to make it right and to go get a bid from an auto body shop, so I did, $1800 I was thinking that wasn't too bad, took me 3 weeks to get a returned phone call, and then was told they could maybe only help with a couple hundred dollars. so basicly I paid full price for a Flex that was wrecked. buyers beware! No one can out-do Schomp. We're always treated right. They actually GET why customer service is important - we keep coming back. It's been that way for years. They actually GET why customer service is important - we keep coming back. It's been that way for years. More
I have had a BMW in my garage for over 30 years, these have ranged from New, Certified Used and Leased BMW’s, at one time or another I have driven each and every style of BMW. More than half the reason I have ranged from New, Certified Used and Leased BMW’s, at one time or another I have driven each and every style of BMW. More than half the reason I choose to drive a BMW is because of the customer service. I could just as easily choose to drive a Mercedes, Jaguar or Cadillac, it really makes no difference to me, but, as stated before, I have found BMW to be far superior in Customer Service and that has kept me a loyal customer for over 30 years. Granted I have been a Loyal Customer to Murray BMW in Denver, but spring of 2011 when I was looking for a new BMW and spending over an hour walking the showroom and lot with not so much as a greeting, I left, and that is how I became a customer of Schomp BMW, that was March 2011 and I leased a brand new convertible right off your showroom floor. The process was pleasant and I have been treated with great respect and care, until today. My BMW is in need of its scheduled maintenance, I called to schedule a time to bring it in, and was greeted on the phone by a woman and she transferred me to Andrew, I got his voice mail, I needed to talk to a human not a voice mail, so I called back and asked her to please get me a human, I cannot wait for a call back and need to schedule the maintenance, her replay was quite put off, and hostel. She was quick to remind me she did not transfer me (indeed she did, I recognized the voice) she reminded me of someone that may have just come off the battle field, quite fatigued, frustrated and very snarky, not typical of a BMW employee. We got the car scheduled and I told her I needed a loaner as I have to pick up some people from the airport that day. She flatly told me “I’m not going to do that, it’s just a routine maintenance, you can wait”. I reminded her that I have ALWAYS gotten a loner car no matter how trivial the work being done on my car, and to please find a date that I can have a loaner, she flatly refused. I hung up. This last winter I could not get off the farm (I live in Elbert CO) and Andrew sent out a flat bed truck to pick up my BMW, so you can see how her “attitude” really put me off, really not typical of your establishment, or is it? I’m finding it harder and harder to find good customer service, is this a sign of how your dealership is now going to operate? If so I will not be bringing in my car for maintenance, or to purchase our next BMW, that will be a X5 in the fall. I thought I found a gem in finding your dealership but the rudeness and disrespect this phone answering gal had, has really put me off. I know she is wrong about the loaner as I called Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs and BMW North America and they both said a Loaner is customary if that is what the customer wants. How will this be resolved? Sherrie Gassaway 719-495-7447 More

Bought a vehicle unseen online from Wilson, he stated the vehicle was in perfect condition. I work out of state and am not home very often so when I was home I looked over the vehicle after it was delivered vehicle was in perfect condition. I work out of state and am not home very often so when I was home I looked over the vehicle after it was delivered to my wife and it was clear that it had been wrecked and put back together. Not very well either. Windshield leaks air on drivers side, drivers side front fender sits 1/4 inch higher than the hood. Back door was hung crooked. And tail light has a 1/2 gap on top of it. I took the rear bumper cover off and there was still damage. I'm no inspector but the damage was obvious and they are telling me it was inspected and they couldn't tell. But since I work out of state and took so long to report it they are unwilling to do anything. Plus unwilling to work with me on the price when I bought it because it was in "perfect condition" so I paid full price and delivery fee. I would never recommend buying from them just based on the dishonesty but I will never purchase a vehicle unseen online again. More
