Our experience with Steve at Schomp BMW can only be described as great. Everyone there was very courteous and friendly. Great car buying experience at Schomp BMW. Wilson Todd carefully listened to my needs in my next car and provided everything I requested w/o trying to sell me more. In fact I never felt like I was being s carefully listened to my needs in my next car and provided everything I requested w/o trying to sell me more. In fact I never felt like I was being sold anything; rather I felt like I was being professionally consulted. Wilson was well versed about his inventory--clearly did his homework before I arrived. Mr. Todd also knew his BMWs--citing specs off the top of his head including weight, HP and comparative features between models. The experience of purchasing (signing debt for a few more years) is stressful. In past experiences I have spent toiling hours of indecision regarding the deal offered and questioning if I could do better elsewhere. At Schomp BMW my decision was made confidently in a matter of hours because of their straight forward business model and professional counseling I received for Wilson. I will recommend this dealership to friends who may be in the market for a BMW. The shop itself is immaculately kept. It is modern with comfortable furniture and beautiful decor (3,5,6,7 series BMWs) artfully arranged throughout. The employees are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are even excellent. More
My history with Schomp is this: I have purchased two vehicles as well as traded-in two vehicles. Also, I have serviced my BMW at Schomp: Buy/Trade Experience: Schomp's professionalism and friendly approach to the car buying and trading process is amongst the best I've experienced. There is no hidden agenda, no "wild card" played by the sales consultants that surprise you at the end of the sale or any other hidden trick. Schomp sales consultant are professional, straight forward and honest. Service: Highly recommended. On two occasions they have worked with me to "fit-me in" to an already crowded service schedule. There is another BMW dealer in town(much closer to my house) that does not have that same "we'll try" attitude. The other dealer's attitude is "take it or leave it buddy, we're busy and if you want service you've gotta get in line". Schomp will at least make the effort to try and accommodate you first and then offer suggestions second. To me, this is a sign of great service and a well-coached team. My most recent service experience at Schomp included putting new tires on my vehicle. Ordinarily, I would not consider using the dealership for this type of purchase and instead I would go to my local discount tire shop. In this case, Schomp's price was extremely competitive, they had the tires in stock and they took great care of me. All around, I would say Schomp BMW is a great place to do business and their top level service is not by accident, it's coached at all levels. More

Overall, very friendly and welcoming. They did not make me feel "less than" just because I wasn't buying a brand new BMW. The only thing I would have changed was the fact that we had to make two trips in to the dealership, when we live 2 hours away (that wasn't really anyone's fault except for the banks' closing hours, but was still a hassle). I bought a brand new 2012 X5 a couple months ago. I paid extra for tint and they did the worst job ever. I had it redone, and they LOST my new car and didn't even call me for a week to tell me this. They (as in everyone who works there) are rude in general. I also had protectant put on the leather and it looked like someone dumped coffee all over the inside of my brand new 64K car. I couldn't believe my brand new car had to be detailed! I was also lied to and told it came with satilite radio, and it didn't. Hyandai's come standard with satilite. When I called they said they would only set it up to get satilite for $500. I have bought 5 new cars in my life and I can't believe my worst experience has been with buying a BMW. DO NOT BUY FROM SHOMP BMW!! More
I had a great experiance dealing with Ralph Schomp BMW and the staff. Overall my experiance was great I got a vehicle that had a upgraded navigation system and something's we're not working correctly so t and the staff. Overall my experiance was great I got a vehicle that had a upgraded navigation system and something's we're not working correctly so the maitnece department took it back to see what they could do and when they were not able to fix the problem they didn't just give up they went above and beyond to get a local car toys employee to help Fix the problem and even teach me how to run in it so I wasn't confused. Thank you Nick Sandoval and everyone at Ralph schomp BMW for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I would recommend this dealership to everyone :) More
I recently purchased a new BMW from Alex Kenyon at Schomp BMW. It was the perfect buying situation. Alex was professional, he knew his products, he was friendly and very easy to work with. Better still - he got me the deal I wanted, no problem - and secured very attractive financing for me. He was available on my schedule, not his! He made everything work together so well - better than I even imagined. He hurdled over a couple of obstacles - and worked out a deal I can absolutely live with. Pretty impressive~ Alex is not high-pressure (why would he be when he's so effective without the pressure?) - he's understanding and a good listener. I'm so glad that I went to Schomp - where everyone in the building seemed happy to see me - and Alex was happy to help me. In fact he continues to help me after the sale, so that's even better! I would suggest that you visit Schomp BMW, ask for Alex Kenyon, and see the difference for yourself. I traded in my Mercedes C-Class vehicle - and promise you that I won't be returning to Mercedes Benz of Littleton - ever!!! Try out Schomp BMW - they are amazing - and that's really different, isn't it? :-) More
