My wife and I were in the market for a large SUV. After weeks of research and several potential new (to us) vehicles we finally decided to purchase through Schomp BMW. Its difficult for me to make it i weeks of research and several potential new (to us) vehicles we finally decided to purchase through Schomp BMW. Its difficult for me to make it in to see vehicles in person because of my work schedule and travel, thus my wife ends up doing most of the legwork. She was immediately impressed with Noel and his degree of customer service because she was allowed to bring our potential purchase home overnight for me to see, touch and drive in my own time once I got home for the weekend. Since the vehicle was used there is no surprise in hearing it had a few scratches and a chip in the windshield. When the concerns were addresses to Noel and Tod they immediately said it would be no problem to have them taken care of. Both Noel and Tod answered our questions with enthusiasm. Never did we feel like we were annoying them with a barrage of questions as we always were given a clear, concise, and most importantly honest answer to help with the decision making process. We ultimately ended up purchasing our vehicle through Schomp in less than 24 hours from the time my wife test drove it. We got a vehicle we are ecstatic to be driving at a price we can handle paying. I will continue to buy vehicles from Schomp in the future because the staff genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase. They will do whatever they can to make your decision easy (letting my wife take the vehicle home overnight). And, they will make any reasonable effort to perfect the condition of the vehicle (fixing the scratches in the paint). Knowing that the dealership you're working with really strives to be the best makes any person's car buying decision that much less stressful. More

Great experience. Purchased a used car that I had done a lot of research on. The price was right in line with what the online market said it should have been where as other dealerships were way above market lot of research on. Laurie introduced me to Brian Neal several years ago when I was in the market for a used car. Brian seemed to understand my needs - I put a lot of miles on cars in a relatively short time. His follow-up was great and he kept me well informed. Finally he got a line on a car that would fit my needs, let me know and it turned out to be a great purchase. About a week ago, basically the same thing happened for a second time, and I wound up with another great purchase. Also, every time I bring my car in for service, if I need, a nice car is provided for me and the service is always great. That's the reasons for the great rating. More
