Then, my BMW Genius Marcus Decherd spent more than HOUR with me going over the entire vehicle and its systems and got everything I needed programmed in! I pulled off the lot feeling like I had been in the car forever...it fit like a glove! Its the equivalent of getting a finely tailored suit made just for you from scratch! I have been a bimmer driver since 1999 and pride myself on knowing the capabilities and functionality of my vehicles. However, Jerry showed me things that I did not think of asking with regards to the technical features. He answered all of my questions and gave me information that I think makes owning a BMW much more rich. Jerry is very personable and professional. What I like most about Jerry is that he is passionate about the brand. I could talk BMW talk all day with him. Jerry not only knows the product, but also drives what he is passionate about. If other dealerships had a "Jerry", the client would enjoy the experience from start to finish. If you do purchase a BMW from Schomp, I highly recommend requesting Jerry to be your BMW Genius and request Berle to be your Service Advisor. Berle is one great person. He treats my wife with the utmost respect and friendliness. It is after the purchase that matters even more to me because you are going to have to trust your Service Advisor. If Berle says I need this or that, I trust him unconditionally. We hope Schomp keeps this team around for us and others to enjoy the Ultimate Driving Experience. More

Prepare to be taken advantage of Where to start with this frustrating establishment? There were many things that were promised with the car that simply were not done, or lied about (s Where to start with this frustrating establishment? There were many things that were promised with the car that simply were not done, or lied about (such as brand new tires, and misrepresenting the work done to the car before I bought it). I was also lead to believe that the car was certified when I purchased it used, and come to find out from my many visits to the service department, that "this car never would have been certified". As for the service department, there are a couple people that are helpful, like Jake, the technician, he helped me more than any of the service advisers/managers ever did. The advisers/managers never once took me seriously when I had an issue, usually blowing me off completely (possibly because I am younger than their typical customer, but incredibly frustrating nonetheless). Some of the few nice things about this dealer is their longer service hours, their loaner cars, and the group of people they have that details the cars before they are returned from service. Other than that, this dealership is one of the most infuriating that I have had to work with for any of my cars. More
