Justin helped me prioritize the repairs and kept me posted at all times on the progress. Justin did everything I could expect from a dealership, and then went a little further. The INCREDIBLE aspect of my excellent experience is: My BMW is a used 2004 car that I purchased used elsewhere. But Schomp never even blinked... they treated me as if I just bought a newer car from them! I also shopped the repairs before I chose Schomp. The repair estimates from Schomp were either equal to or less expensive than everyone else. More

They took care of everything I asked and did not charge me anything. Dave kept in touch with me throughout the process. The service center did not have to fix the things I asked for, but they did anyways. They provided great service! I was given a loaner car while mine was being repaired and that whole process was very simple. A couple of employees even offered to help me switch car seats from car to car. Everyone we've come into contact with there has been so incredible friendly and helpful. I was a little worried since I didn't buy a BMW that I'd be treated with less respect, but that isn't the case at all! I've been so impressed with Schomp throughout the entire car buying and service experience. Keep up the good work Schomp BMW! We will definitely consider buying our next car from any Schomp dealership. More

He really knows the product line and is consistently helpful in explaining needed repairs. More
