Their better than average customer service has turned into "if you don't look like you're spending a large chunk of change, you aren't worth our time". Which is very unfortunate. More

Mo - client advisor has been great! I had Mo as my client advisor about 2 months ago and he's done a great job. During the purchase, he was attentive, patient, and got me in and out with I had Mo as my client advisor about 2 months ago and he's done a great job. Excellent customer service I was recently in with my 5 series and was impressed with the customer service from the start. Everything is very convenient and meant to have you out I was recently in with my 5 series and was impressed with the customer service from the start. Everything is very convenient and meant to have you out the door as quickly as possible. While I did have to wait a couple of weeks to get my vehicle back due to warranty issues, the service I received was above expectations. I've never liked being moved to a different dept. to do paperwork and try to get sold on other products. Refreshing idea! More
