We regret that you feel this way. We did our very best to over-communicate with you about the potential pitfalls and bottlenecks associated with bank approvals. I am sorry to hear that you took these as harassing and threatening. We do have a firm 24 hour policy to hold vehicles while a guest is arranging for outside financing. This is to ensure that each and every guest gets an equal opportunity to purchase a vehicle, should they choose to.
