Normal service Made an appointment for routine maintenance and scheduled a loaner. They began the service right away but also informed me in less than 5 minutes that there was a loaner that just came back. In no time they gassed and cleaned it and I was gone. They could easily have just finished the service while I waited. They keep their promises. More
Service Advisor was subpar and they scratched my car I have brought my car to Schomp for every service since 2013 and this will be the last time unless I have a recall. The service advisor did not call me to tell me they had to order the part for the 40 minute job. I called 3 times before a service manager advised me of the the status. The next morning, my service advisor called my home at 6:10 am to give me an update. She called again at 2 to tell me it would be done before I got out of work. I ultimately got my car back that night. When I got home, I inspected my car to find they scratched my front bumper through the paint (they aren't huge scratches, but they are the biggest ones on my car) and dinged my wheel well through the paint. I am so mad that I haven’t brought myself to call them to complain, but I took pictures with a date stamp to deal with Schomp sometime this week. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and eventually when I trade out my car, it won’t be for another BMW. Update #1: Ariel Metekengi, BMW Service Manager, called me to apologize for this visit as well as others I had in the past. He offered to not only fix the scratches written about above, but also fix any others on my vehicle. I dropped it off yesterday (11/10/17) morning and we will see how my car comes back. I was more than a little apprehensive about leaving my X3 with them again, but I will give Schomp BMW one last try. Update #2: After 3 business days, I got my car back last night (11/14/17). They parked it in the dark which made it nearly impossible to inspect (thank you iPhone flashlight). I immediately noticed that they did NOT fix the extra scratches that the service manager said would be fixed. I walked around the car and found that they did fix the damage from the original visit. I waited until this afternoon to inspect it completely. The repair looks very nice. There are a couple scratched on the edges of the upper panel and wheel well, but I can fix that. All in all, at least Schomp fixed what they damaged, but they didn't keep to their word. I will not be going back unless absolutely necessary. More
Mistakes every time I've come here. I brought my car in for warranty service because the climate control wasn't working correctly. They replace the whole control panel but used the wrong panel which didn't have buttons for the seat warmers. If anyone should have the records as to exactly which panel to install, then they should, since I bought the car from this dealership. Every single time I've come to this place they've made big mistakes. This dealer looks shiny and clean but they have MAJOR problems and often the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They claim to have some sort of a 5 star service rating from BMW but I'm baffled as to how they could have gotten it. On top of that the employees often ask you to give them a high rating. More

Overpriced oil change and of course they hit me up 4 more They charged about double what an oil change company would and of course they wanted to charge another $100 for a $30 Air cleaner. Then they, surprise They charged about double what an oil change company would and of course they wanted to charge another $100 for a $30 Air cleaner. Then they, surprise, found an oil leak and wanted $890 to repair that. This all for my 2011 BMW 535iX which has been flawless until now. Funny how the bills roll in when the warranty expires. Despite all of this the staff was very friendly. Had to wait because loaners weren’t available for a week which always seems to be the case. More
