When he first met me at the door and walked to the car I ended up leasing, I could tell he cared about me and my experience. I was trading a car in exchange for doing a lease and he made the process as stress free as possible. He was willing able to calm all my nerves and laugh with me and my family while waiting for paperwork. He handled the hiccups that we were presented with with ease and never made my family feel unwelcome. He even got in a few good jokes and had us all laughing! The dedication and attention he showed me and my family through out this experience, makes me want to recommend not only Schomp, but Sam to anyone looking for a car! More

Horrible service!! I had a recall on my BMW - I brought it in and they said they could not fix it for me I ask them when they would be able to and they said they weren't I had a recall on my BMW - I brought it in and they said they could not fix it for me I ask them when they would be able to and they said they weren't for sure, they'd get back to me about it, I never heard from them. Then after paying them for what I thought they fixed on my vehicle, the heater needed to be fixed because it would only be very hot or cold, nothing in between to make it warm, that's when they told me that's the way the heater ran I argued with them saying no I did not buy it this way. I asked him to please check it again to make sure that the heater was working they told me in a very snotty way that they were busy and had other customers to tend to. More
