Poor attitude, service and costs Took my car in for a new battery. Service tech that met me was complaining that a fellow worker did not show up so he had to take care of me. I asked Took my car in for a new battery. Service tech that met me was complaining that a fellow worker did not show up so he had to take care of me. I asked to be sure all fluids were topped off and his comment was "we do not do that for just a battery change". What's ironic is the manager checked me out and said of course we always top off. They did not fill windshield wiper so obviously they do not. Well I just went in to get a battery changed. I get the call that I have a oil leak, of course contained under car and between that and a recalibration I was hit with an extra $1,300. Picked up my car, drove one mile and service light came on. It ended up only being a "hose not connected" but went thru getting another loaner car, driving home then having to drive right back. I will not take either of my BMW's back to this dealership!! More
