X5 was the Right Car - Schomp was the Right Dealership I can say for the first time ever that I had a pleasant car buying experience. My first interaction was with Shaun who was very helpful and introduced I can say for the first time ever that I had a pleasant car buying experience. My first interaction was with Shaun who was very helpful and introduced me to the Schomp way of doing business. He also present options I had not considered. I took a few days to make a decision and unfortunately Shaun wasn't going to be available when I planned to come back in. He was very help and ensured that he connected me with another sales person. I appreciated the graceful hand off. Demitri took the 2nd leg of my journey. The car buying process was very smooth and clear as we walked through the process on screen. I got a very fair price for my trade in which was very unexpected. The process took a little over the promised one hour. I think there was some sort of delay with getting the car ready for the unveiling which was a very nice touch to the whole experience. The final leg of my journey was returning for some promised services. That experience too was pretty smooth. Dave did a great job of listening and ensuring all my concerns were addressed. The only downside was that I couldn't get a BMW for my rental. I look forward to get a like for like car in the future. Truly this was a different experience which will have me coming back again. Thanks to everyone who helped me with my first BMW. More

Their promise of 1 hour in and out wasn't even close to true, but when they saw that we were getting tired of waiting on the paperwork, they offered to deliver the car right to my house along with the final paperwork to sign.
