We were allowed to freely browse around without being pressured, but politely asked if we wanted some assistance, which we did. Once Sam started working with us, he was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the X3's that we were looking at. He was patient and professional, taking us on a test drive and showing us the various vehicles (colors, styles, etc.) on the lot so that we could see all the options. He then showed us through the inventory of vehicles on the computer with various configurations and was more than willing to place an order if none of the vehicles on the lot didn't meet our desires. We ultimately decided on the very first X3 that we saw, which was on the showroom floor. Sam then thoroughly went through all of the details on pricing, financing, other add on features, etc., explaining all of the details without pressuring us to get anything that we weren't interested in purchasing. We also liked the standard, fair pricing of the vehicles without having to go through the often painful back and forth negotiating that typically happens with a lot of other dealerships. We also received a fair trade in value for an old (very old) car that we were glad to get rid of and not have to deal any longer. All in all, we had a very positive experience and would recommend Sam and Schomp BMW to anyone. More
