Top notch experience with Sam Nejad @ Schomp BMW In past 2 years my wife and I purchased three different BMWs. X4, X5 and the last one that I am writing the review on was an i8. Funny that we happen to go to a different dealership for each one, however, my experience with Sam was such that I thought I should write a line or two. He welcomed us with a smile, didn’t push us at all and directed us to purchase the right car. Moreover, everything was smooth and fast without unnecessary questions. Sam, you turkey made it an easy and great experience. I would definitely recommend you to all my family and friends! Keep up the good work. More

Car Purchase the way it should be! Was in the market for a used car and found a 2012 Jeep Liberty Limited Jet, that was appealing by the pictures, the cars history and the competetive p Was in the market for a used car and found a 2012 Jeep Liberty Limited Jet, that was appealing by the pictures, the cars history and the competetive pricing. The offer for our Trade-In was acceptable and when I realized another price decrease for our 'dreamcar' I knew that I had to act quickly in order to get the deal secured. Roger Surroz and Patrick Quinlan happened to be my client advisors and both made a remarkable job in order to make the deal happen even over a long distance of about 700 miles. Knowing that our purchase in comparison to other ones in an impressive dealership like Schomp BMW was a rather small one, we were treated very well and we felt welcomed the minute we arrived at the dealership. The paperwork-process was conducted very fast and efficient and the promise towards our Trade-In value was kept. All in all a very exciting time for us, in which Schomp BMW performed as good as it can get!! More

X5 was the Right Car - Schomp was the Right Dealership I can say for the first time ever that I had a pleasant car buying experience. My first interaction was with Shaun who was very helpful and introduced I can say for the first time ever that I had a pleasant car buying experience. My first interaction was with Shaun who was very helpful and introduced me to the Schomp way of doing business. He also present options I had not considered. I took a few days to make a decision and unfortunately Shaun wasn't going to be available when I planned to come back in. He was very help and ensured that he connected me with another sales person. I appreciated the graceful hand off. Demitri took the 2nd leg of my journey. The car buying process was very smooth and clear as we walked through the process on screen. I got a very fair price for my trade in which was very unexpected. The process took a little over the promised one hour. I think there was some sort of delay with getting the car ready for the unveiling which was a very nice touch to the whole experience. The final leg of my journey was returning for some promised services. That experience too was pretty smooth. Dave did a great job of listening and ensuring all my concerns were addressed. The only downside was that I couldn't get a BMW for my rental. I look forward to get a like for like car in the future. Truly this was a different experience which will have me coming back again. Thanks to everyone who helped me with my first BMW. More

Service department totaled our car Just a warning so no one else has to live this nightmare . . . my husband had his mint condition 550 in for regular maintenance and after a week was c Just a warning so no one else has to live this nightmare . . . my husband had his mint condition 550 in for regular maintenance and after a week was called by the service manager to inform him that there had been an "incident." The mechanic had our vehicle out for a QA drive on 470 and caught it on fire . . . completely engulfed in flames and totaled! We weren't even met with a formal apology. After two months of crossing our fingers for a reasonable resolution from what we thought was a reputable and professional company, Schomp BMW is doing nothing to help get us in another vehicle. While pages of unprofessionalism could be documented and we should've, in the end, hired an attorney, we are not the type of people to do that. We are very reasonable people and didn't expect them to hand us a new replacement, but they didn't even offer to help find a similar vehicle to ours. We've have had to file a claim with our own insurance and have still not been given a reason for the fire by the service department. The agony of the ordeal has been unbelievable and created so much stress for us! It started bad and ended bad and we truly hope that this review will prevent this from happening to someone else. Please be careful and avoid having any service or business done here. Please see pictures below of before my husbands left his vehicle in their care and the after. More
