I bought a 2022 x5 45e brand new at Schomp BMW. It cost 80k. A year and a half later and with the vehicle only having 13k miles on it, the passenger seat electrical panel fell apart. You can see t It cost 80k. A year and a half later and with the vehicle only having 13k miles on it, the passenger seat electrical panel fell apart. You can see that the corner screw that holds the seat controls in place broke off. This screw is under an interior seat panel that isn't exposed. Schomp's service dept and manager (Kyle) told me that it isn't covered under warranty because their opinion is when the corner breaks off like that it's due to stress. They said to repair it would cost 1K. I have no idea how it broke, but the piece that broke is within the interior of the seat. The car has 13k miles on it and is 1.5 years old, So based on their opinion of what may or may not have broken it they don't have to honor a brand new vehicle's warranty. I would also love to add that I weigh 200lbs and my wife weighs 140 lbs. So if that's too much weight for their seat to handle, I would argue that it's a defective product. I would NEVER give this dealership another dime. Their ratings on here are vey low for a reason. More

I searched for a BMW X5 for a few months all over the Front Range. At most dealerships I got the impression that the person helping me had better things to do than give me their undivided attention, this Front Range. When I came to Schomp BMW I was instantly impressed. It’s a beautiful dealership where you are greeted by some great people at the front desk. I was then introduced to Max Pierce who took me on as many test drives as I needed and explained all of the functions in each car. Max is a great guy who could answer every question I had, which is impressive considering these cars are driving computers! I ended up finding a X5 I love and was more than happy to give my business to Max and Schomp. I would recommend visiting Max to anyone in need of a great shopping experience! More

I couldn’t wait on something different because my prior vehicle had been stolen. But Tam was amazing, and I’d happily go to her in the future to find a new car. More

Tamara is welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She anndwered all of my questions (which included several rounds of questions) and followed up in the event she didn’t have an answer at the time. She was professional and easy to talk to, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase, which is a huge factor in my overall experience. If you are in the market for a BMW, I highly recommend working with Tamara. More
