Since day 1 Shahin was very transparent with us, guiding and helping us understand different steps we need to follow as new residents. We did not have yet a social security number, not even a Denver drivers license but Shahin did look for options and alternatives, helping us choose the best options. Today we went back to Shomp with a social security number and we where able to get the exact car we wanted since three weeks ago. The process had a lot of steps to be followed due to our condition and Shahin was there, next to us and always with a smile and a positive attitude. Once we got the car, Shahin suggested specific extras for the car alligned to local weather conditions. We are BMW customers in our hometown ( Costa Rica) and are happy to say that in Denver we can continue keeping our loyalty thanks to Shahin’s and his team’s guidance and support. When I did visit Schomp and meet Connor in person, I was immediately at ease. He was personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He shared his personal knowledge and experiences which is very meaningful to me. He also made every effort to find exactly what I wanted and did! My experience with Anna was brief but extremely pleasant. She friendly and efficient. Brandon, the genius who helped me with the functionality of my first BMW, was amazing. He, like Connor, was extremely pleasant, personable, very knowledgeable and extremely patient answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable. I look forward to round two with Brandon because he was so helpful. Overall, though, this was the best car buying experience we've had. Tak (the resident genius) was absolutely wonderful in showing us the important points in our new vehicle without overloading us with information. More
