Best Experience Ever Conner was prompt in contacting us after we found the car on Guru's and asked for further information. He was honest about the reason for the price d Conner was prompt in contacting us after we found the car on Guru's and asked for further information. He was honest about the reason for the price drop. Conner prepared a video of the exterior of the car and pointed out some flaws in the paint. After a phone discussion he prepared another video with a concentration on those areas to show they were surface and not deep scratches. He was willing to do this because we were travelling for 3 hours to see the vehicle and he did not want us making an unnecessary trip. This was greatly appreciated. Conner also located and sent us the extra key pod when we saw that the one we had was 1/2. Conner was prompt and honest with us and we appreciated that very much. Nancy was checking on us while we waited for Conner to ensure we were comfortable and knew about the refreshments which was great. More

Scheduled Service I love my BMW. The X one is the second BMW I have owned. I have never been to Schomp‘s for service before this visit. I recently moved here from Flor I love my BMW. Brandon where is my service advisor and was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and spent a lot of time doing so. No answer on last call and I was promised a call from the supervisor previously. The car can’t be driven, it has coolant all over it, and I have no way to work tomorrow.
