Schomp (Connor Hanlon) were amazing! This was our third 3 series from Schomp. This visit was for a lease return followed by the purchase of a 2019. Connor Hanlon was the rep we worked wit This was our third 3 series from Schomp. This visit was for a lease return followed by the purchase of a 2019. Connor Hanlon was the rep we worked with. He made the process very smooth for us especially since we live 2 hours away. In fact, after learning what we were looking for in a car, here checked the lot and picked out a car for us and that's the one we took home! Connor even picked us up at Safelite and chauffered is back to the lot for the paperwork, saving us two hours of our day. Overall, we give the Schomp team five stars. Connor can have six. More

Miracle Worker We were driving from California to Minnesota when the check engine light came on when we got to Colorado. Called up BMW Downtown Denver and they told We were driving from California to Minnesota when the check engine light came on when we got to Colorado. Called up BMW Downtown Denver and they told us that they'd need to keep the vehicle all weekend to fix it. Thought I'd try to call Schomp BMW too. Seth answered, got us in when we got to Highlands Ranch 3 hours later, and had the car fixed the same day. Miracle worker no doubt. Totally saved our trip! More

great product The BMW are very good cars, we originally were Acura owners but at the referral of a family member that has owned BMW we tried a BMW< We really like The BMW are very good cars, we originally were Acura owners but at the referral of a family member that has owned BMW we tried a BMW< We really like the car but he "follow thru" from The salesman to the floor manager to the receptionist that said the manager would contact us, and didn't we are disappointed with ,, they state in the description of the sale things that they do not follow thru with and after the purchase made a statement that they didn't follow thru with ...after 3 months and numerous calls, we decided it obviously wasn't worth doing more business or referrals to this dealer. we will find a different one in the future. More
