Max Pierce was well groomed, polite and patient with me, providing performance details and specifications as I rambled about their showroom. I left without a sale but Max kept in touch, asking if he could provide other information or other support, and keeping me posted on price adjustments. When the number finally dipped below the threshold, my wife and I returned to make another test drive and then the purchase. Although it took longer than an hour and involved more than one person, the sales closing process was smooth and comfortable. The tech Ryan helped me become acclimated with the dash, diagnostic and infotainment systems. And then off we drove. Schomp BMW made it all a very pleasant experience. More
