On January 16, 2025, I brought my 2024 BMW X4M in for a simple seatbelt replacement. At the time of drop-off, my vehicle was in perfect condition – 4 tires at full PSI, no issues. Just a week earlier, the vehicle had been fully serviced at Schomp BMW, where I was assured there were no tire problems and my car was in good working order. Fast forward to January 17, 2025, when I return to pick up my car only to find one of the tires completely flat at 3 PSI. The damage was clearly caused while the vehicle was in Schomp BMW’s care, and yet, instead of owning up to it, I was stonewalled and told to simply fill the tires with air and go on my way – in the middle of a snowstorm and with safety clearly at risk. Upon further inspection, I was told all 4 tires would need to be replaced per BMW guidelines. But instead of stepping up to replace the tires, Schomp BMW refused responsibility and suggested I buy 3 new tires while offering to replace just one. The lack of professionalism and basic customer care is staggering. As a customer, I expect accountability, especially when my vehicle is damaged while in the dealership’s possession. Schomp BMW offered no solutions other than to send me home with a compromised vehicle and dismiss the issue. After pushing the service manager, they did nothing but offer half-measures and excuses. As a result, I refused to accept the vehicle back until the damage caused under their watch was addressed. I have filed a BBB complaint and will escalate this to BMW corporate if this issue is not resolved quickly. I expect the full replacement of all four tires and immediate action on this matter. Do yourself a favor and avoid Schomp BMW if you value accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service. My experience at Schomp BMW so far has been outstanding. Nevada Jenkins was my sales agent. She kept my M240i inside my requested budget, and did not try to over-sale. Nevada also kept me informed during each step of the order and build process. The paperwork went smooth, not too much pressure. I did get a couple of wise upgrade, but nothing too crazy. Steven Bruner was my Genius, he was almost as excited as me for my new car. He took the time to go over each detail of the M240i. Overall, i am very happy with my purchase, Originally I ordered a RWD, but they could not get an allocation for Colorado, Nevada worked some magic so that i would not break my budget with the xDrive option. Only time will tell if this great experience will continue. I am planning on doing my maintenance at this dealer for the foreseeable future. Thank you Schomp BMW for making one of my dreams a reality. More

I cannot recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership—they simply do not care about you. I purchased a brand-new 2025 BMW X5 xDrive50e (MSRP $80k) from Schomp BMW Highlands Ranch, expecting top-tier service and reliability. Instead, just THREE DAYS AFTER PURCHASE, a check engine light came on, and I had to bring the car into their service department. The service team has been vague and suspicious, failing to provide clear answers about what’s wrong with the car. They told me the issue is likely a faulty IHKA module, but even they are unsure if that’s the root cause—it’s just where BMW Engineering says to start. To make matters worse, the part has to come from Germany, which will take 2+ weeks. At best, my car will be in the shop for nearly 20+ days, assuming this part even resolves the issue, which many BMW forums suggest is unlikely. I spoke with my sales rep Caleb and General Manager Darrick, hoping they would help. While they initially told me they’d get me a loaner X5, no one has followed up. They are unwilling to provide any financial compensation, buy back the vehicle, or help me find a replacement car. I even sent an email outlining everything in writing after consulting with my lawyer, but both Darrick and Caleb have ignored it. Despite promising updates, I have received no proactive communication. I’ve had to track them down for every update. The loaner car they gave me is significantly smaller than my X5 and comes with a ton of restrictions (no dogs, limited miles per day). I was also told that I might need to go through Enterprise for a rental, with no guarantees on the vehicle I’d receive, as BMW loaners are only meant for short-term use. This experience has been beyond disappointing. For a luxury dealership, Schomp BMW’s lack of professionalism and customer support is unacceptable. If you’re considering purchasing a car here, I strongly advise against it—they will disappear as soon as the sale is finalized. I had to escalate this to BMW of North America and the Better Business Bureau. More
