Bad experience. I was treated with condescending, demeaning, chauvinistic, and unprofessional attitudes. They were untruthful and lazy. They talked down to me like I don’t know anything about cars. I was very interested in a car, but the staff weren’t too motivated to sell it to me. I worked with 2 different salesmen and both were unmotivated to do their jobs. They said there was no Carfax, which wasn’t true because I found it later. There was a recall on the car. I asked what it was for, he said he didn’t know, and made no effort to find out. There was a lack of maintenance records, so I expressed concerns about the engine and asked for a professional opinion. I was told, “Well, it runs”. One of the men spoke to the manager, came back and tried to gloss over the issue by saying it had been the manager’s aunt’s car. Well, then he should have had plenty of opportunity to get more information about it. Furthermore, it's been over a week and not one person has called me back to follow up or try to get my business. They are lazy and unprofessional. And if you are a woman, good luck getting any respect from this place. More
