But I began to have issues just months after purchase and was told that if it's nothing with the engine they won't do anything. I get things happen but now it's winter and my heat doesn't work and its a couple hundred dollars to fix which I don't have. Very unhappy that I wasn't offered an extended warranty or anything. Won't purchase from them again. More

Great Sales Rep Ryan James Corcoran was a great sales rep. Not the typical salesman. That is what I liked about him. He was rooting for us and working for us. The "older" gentlemen he brought to speak with us about price, did not appreciate or care for him. He was condescending and basically talked to me and my husband as if I was 12. I am 47. Been around the block, bought a few cars in my time. I was going to just leave because I did not like him at all but Ryan kept me there. If it was not for him, you would of lost our business. Finance guy was excellent. Moved it along well and made it easy. My 5 starts is based on the Sales Rep and Finance only. More

Took me on a well thought test driving route with entertaing conversations. He also stayed after hours with me to ensure I got the car the same day even though this was my first car and loan. Best car buying experience I've ever had. They were completely willing to negotiate on the price so both parties walked away feeling they had received a fair deal which is all anyone could ever ask for. Chris Sanders has gone above and beyond what I consider customer service, and is just a genuinely kind gentlemen that I will continue to give my business to. More
