Nick Vullings is LIGIT! I could not have had a better experience in buying this vehicle. I never write these things, but in this case I had to! Nick Vullings, the best way to put it is this guy is 100% LIGIT! I had been trying to purchase a newer vehicle for a while and kept hitting roadblocks, Nick asked me to give him a shot and let him try to get things approved. So I did, honestly I did not think it was going to go the way it did. Nick was able to get me approved with in a few hours, for the vehicle I wanted WITHIN the budget I told him! No messing around at all or trying to convince me to look at something else or any excuses!!!! Then after driving 2 hours to meet Nick and get my new Vehicle, I get to the dealership to find out the vehicle I picked out was hit by another car. Nick was able to upgrade me to a nicer SUV, newer year, with more options, lower miles, and way better looking! I couldn't be happier! He was able to get me a better deal on my trade in, and a larger discount to keep me within budget. The 2 hour drive was well worth it and when I need another new vehicle I will be calling Nick. Also, my 18 year old has been saving to buy his first new vehicle, I know Nick will be meeting him once he is ready! Nick V. is straight forward no BS, and took care of everything from the bank to me driving off the lot. Caveat emptor-buyer beware! I purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 Platinum via the internet which was a mistake because I couldn't inspect the truck myself, I took the salesperson's word I purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 Platinum via the internet which was a mistake because I couldn't inspect the truck myself, I took the salesperson's word on the condition and description of the truck which wasn't honest and accurate. First, after receiving the truck I discovered that there were three issues that were not disclosed, a huge rusty spot on the rear bumper caused by an impact, a bare place in the paint on the rear of the left side of the cab caused by chaffing from a loose bed cover and a 5/8 inch dent in the driver's door of which none of this was disclosed to m prior to the purchase. Additionally, there were issues with the hard folding bed cover that weren't disclosed. Moreover, this purchase began with the salesperson Jake Welsh leaving the dealership after they received my certified check which posed communication problems with the dealership. Likewise, they were supposed to Fed EX the title to my bank when they received my check and they didn't do that, they didn't send the title until a week after I received the truck and then they sent it to the wrong address which turned out to be the State of WV Department of Motor Vehicles and this created a problem. I might add that there was supposed to be a temporary tag on the truck when it was delivered by the motor carrier and there wasn't, instead it was Fed Exed to the same wrong address, the State of WV Department of Motor Vehicles. Additionally, the vehicle was quite dirty and was not detailed when delivered and one of the weather mats was missing which the salesperson had assured me was there. I was later promised by Nick Vullings that it would be made right and it hasn't been to this date, over thirty days after the purchase. Initially, he wanted to argue with me about the floor mat. Also, one of the keys were missing from the working fob and the second fob did not work and was broken. I have since emailed Mr. Vullings to inquire about the missing floor mat and got no response. In all fairness to the dealership, I did get a pretty decent deal, however, I don't think they were very forthcoming with an honest and accurate description of the vehicle. I would not buy another vehicle from them, it was not a good positive experience, caveat emptor, buyer beware! More
