Easy Process and Great Customer Service This was my first experience buying and financing a car outside of my family, and it was so much easier than I anticipated! I found the truck I w This was my first experience buying and financing a car outside of my family, and it was so much easier than I anticipated! I found the truck I was interested in online and was able to schedule a test drive the next weekend. Nick had the truck ready for me to test when I showed up and was able to give me an estimate on my trade in by the time I got back. I wasn't ready to purchase that day and there was no pressure by Nick to change my timeline. I was bracing the typical high-pressure sales pitch and received nothing like it to my relief! Over the next week, I only received one email from Nick to inform me that the vehicle I was interested had a price drop - no bothersome calls like I had experienced from other salespeople which I really appreciated. The next weekend I had made up my mind to purchase the truck, and filled out all of my financing paperwork online. Nick followed up with right after I had submitted my application to see what time I would be in to so my new truck would be ready for me when I got there! I walked in the next morning and all the financing work had been done, so all I had to do was sign some paperwork and be on my way. On the drive home my check engine light came on and I was terrified that I had bought a dud and that whatever the issue was would be the beginning of me putting more money into the car I just bought. BUT I emailed Nick and he had me go to the service center to have the small issue resolved at no cost. It was great to be so well taken care of by a salesperson! As long as I live in Wisconsin I will be going to Nick for my auto needs because he is honest, fair, and treats his customers well. Thanks Nick, I love my Ranger!! More

Went in to test drive a car and when we arrived early we were told they were just finishing up detailing the car. Within minutes we were offered a test drive and sent on our way. Customer service was spectacular from the moment we stepped on the property. When we got back Nick Vullings greeted us, talked over our options m, and then left alone to discuss our decision. The atmosphere was perfect. We did not feel like the car was being forced on us and we were given the chance to look it over without someone watching over our shoulder. As you can expect with an experience like that we decided this was the car for us and Nick was just the man to sell it. He made the process so simple and easy. He was very straightforward and it seemed like he truly wanted us to be comfortable with the purchase. Nick really seems to understand the nerves that come with car shopping and he picked up on our concerns right away. He got us the car and an extended warranty for less than we even planned on spending and we couldn’t be happier with the process. After taking it out for a test drive and deciding to move forward with the buying process, Nick was able to work out an awesome deal, and made the entire financing process easy. He was even able to get me financing through my preferred local credit union, which was an unexpected bonus. I was able to drive away with my new vehicle by noon that day. What really set Nick and his team apart though was how they helped us finance at a rate we could afford with less than stellar credit. No one made us feel ashamed about our credit situation and they went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable moving forward with the purchase.
