Best sales associate I've ever dealt with. I was in desperate need of a car. I have a 15 month old and had to be able to keep my job that is an hour away from home. I went in with pretty low hopes of being able to actually leave with a car that day because of low credit score. I was looking at cars when Nick Vullings introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. From that moment on I knew I was in good hands. He helped me every step of the way and went above and beyond to get me into a reliable vehicle. (2018 Chevy Cruze) I was able to drive it home that day and come back the next day to finish the paper work which made it possible for me to get to work that night and take care of my baby's needs. I went to the Schoepp Motors northeast location a week ago. I worked directly with Nick Vullings. This was easily, the best car purchase (2017 white Corolla S) I have ever had! I explained to Nick that after working with him that if I were the owner of the dealership I wouldn’t hesitate for one minute to send him and his wife (pictures he showed in his office!) to Maui for an all expense paid 10 day vacation! Why? Because working with Nick Vullings was more than just a car purchasing experience. I felt I made a new friend, a good friend and somebody I could easily trust. Nick seemed almost embarrassed by my sincere gratitude for the great amount of time that Nick extended to me. WASTE OF MY TIME What a joke ! The car I was looking at was not even on the lot. It supposedly was at the West lot, even though the website showed it at the Northeast What a joke ! Mike R. was clueless and incompetent about the pre-approved loan process, Nate fed him lines from the other office, and never came in to speak to me about pricing details. Overall VERY AWKWARD and UNPROFESSIONAL. Then as I am leaving Mike R. says, "Well, if you see anything your interested in, let me know". UMM - It's YOUR JOB to show ME what else you HAVE that is comparable to what I was looking at, that would be in my price range on your LOT as well as your other locations. Terrible salesmanship, terrible customer service. And maybe its time to take the dead flowers off your desk ? More
