Schoepp Motors Northeast exceeded my expectations in every way. I was not looking forward to buying a used car, but I needed something reliable before winter. The vehicle was ready when I got there, Jake was attentive but not pushy, and when I made the decision to purchase, he shepherded us through the paperwork quickly with no issues. They worked with my credit union and the whole thing was utterly painless. When the check engine light came on two days later, they took care of it with the best customer service I've ever had at a dealership. Schoepp will be my first call any time my family needs a vehicle from now on. More

Best sales associate I've ever dealt with. I was in desperate need of a car. I have a 15 month old and had to be able to keep my job that is an hour away from home. My other car had been totale I was in desperate need of a car. I have a 15 month old and had to be able to keep my job that is an hour away from home. My other car had been totaled the week before by my irresponsible (but I still love him) son. I went in with pretty low hopes of being able to actually leave with a car that day because of low credit score. I was looking at cars when Nick Vullings introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. From that moment on I knew I was in good hands. He helped me every step of the way and went above and beyond to get me into a reliable vehicle. (2018 Chevy Cruze) I was able to drive it home that day and come back the next day to finish the paper work which made it possible for me to get to work that night and take care of my baby's needs.
