I was surprised that when purchasing a car via an "online" sale, e-signi I believe that the dealership's systems hampered the speed of the process. I was surprised that when purchasing a car via an "online" sale, e-signing was not available and that "inked" copies are still being required to complete the sale. But outside of that, the overall sales process was good, the car's price was reasonable, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the vehicle works well. More
