Siobhan was so helpful in working with the warranty company to cover some suspension issues that had developed. After two phone calls the warranty company noticed that they had misquoted the first time and covered everything including the analysis for me. Carl, their travel driver is also a good guy and makes the ride to and from the dealership extra fun. I am a former sales person at two different Volkswagen dealerships one in Florida, one in Minnesota, and I like to think I know a little bit about how it all should work. I was able to capture a video of the issue and shared it with Shevawn Berg, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She asked me to send her the videos, and thanks to her communication with the service team, the techs were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Shevawn kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, it was spotless and ready to go. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service I received was top-notch. I purchased this car 100% remotely on line so it involved a lot of trust. I had no prior interaction with this company. I knew exactly what car and specs, price, mileage ect I was looking for and they had su a lot of trust. I had no prior interaction with this company. This took some time but it was completed. The car was also shipped to Florida so that took some time as well but it got done as well. Buying site unseen other than pictures can raise a few heartbeats but this company delivered exactly what was ordered. I'm very happy with this company and would purchase again from them no doubt about it! More
