We were on our way to pick the car up and they called us and said the car we were coming to pick up had been spoken for, BUT...they still wanted us to come there! They wanted us to put a down payment on a car they did NOT even have!! Can't figure out if this is a bait and switch or if they never had the car we were heading out to buy!!!!! Or did they want to show us other cars and try to sell us something else that we were not even interested in???? Bunch of bums wasted our time, I would NEVER recommend Schlossmann Subaru City of Milwaukee!!!! Thank you for your interest in out Subaru Outback. The exact car you are looking at has a twin, meaning everything is exactly the same (color, eyesight, trim, etc.). The only difference is the VIN. He asked what we were interested in and what our use for the car was going to primarily be. He showed us the differences in the Outback and the Forester and let the cars do the selling. More

The car was done several hours before the dealership offered pickup. The pickup service was late and the overall impression was that no one really was coordinated as part of a team. Individually though everything went fine. Car was found to be in good condition, assertions by mechanics were a bit obtuse (suggesting i use aftermarket products for a blown fuse for example), but overall it was a non confrontational event. More

Tony Ransley did a great job informing me of the cars available and helping me test drive and learn the fancy safety features available on new cars. After that visit, I did a little more research and test drove many other cars to find exactly what I wanted. When I was ready to buy, I came back and talked to Tony. He helped me find what I wanted and made the purchase process absolutely painless. I appreciate when the salesperson is helpful instead of pressuring and Tony did a great job of helping me find what I needed without putting pressure to buy. Overall, I had a great experience with the purchase. Rob was helpful without pressure during the paperwork activity. Moon and Sean helped out when I scheduled a service appointment to get cross bars installed. Thanks everyone! More
Battery service I had a battery issue where my car had to be jumped twice and serviced twice. On the first visit I was told my battery was good. However, it was not and my car would not start again within days. I had to get a second jump and I used the internet to schedule service because it was a holiday weekend. Mike Prior set-up a special appointment for me the next day. My Service advisor this day was Mandi Vonckx who listened to my concerns and made sure my car was fixed correctly and worked with me with my warranty agreement. More
