I had a clogged air conditioner drain tube. The mechanic left a puddle of water on the rubber floor mat. I would think the mechanic could have soaked up the water before turning the car over to me!

Pulled into Subaru City Monday. I was looking for more info on an Outback I saw on line. Seemed like a possible fit for replacing my hi-mileage Ford Edge. Within minutes a Sales manager had introduced me to Josh Melendez. His low key demeanor made me feel relaxed. I told Josh about the Outback and he spent over an hour giving me a comprehensive look at the car's features and a road test. I was impressed and on the cusp of making a deal. Then I received a text from my daughter encouraging me to walk away from the Outback and look a CrossTrek she saw on line. Josh smiled and gave me a similar comprehensive look at the Cross Trek. No pressure...no hype. We made a deal. Josh then spend another 45 minutes explaining the bells and whistles. I drove away from Subaru City not only with a new car...but with a new friend. Looking for a vehicle? My advice? When you walk through the salesroom door your first question should be, "Where's Josh?" I guarantee...He'll take good care of you. :-)
