Outstanding Customer Service from Myat Mon Yesterday I visited Subaru City for routine service on my 2016 Outback. I mentioned that I needed an oil change and had a license plate.that had falle Yesterday I visited Subaru City for routine service on my 2016 Outback. I mentioned that I needed an oil change and had a license plate.that had fallen off the car that I was unable to reattach because one screw would not hold. Moon, told me that they would take care of those items. She then asked me about the discoloration on my wheels and upon inspection said that they could be cleaned off, as the discoloration appeared to be leftover residue from when the car was originally shipped. (I had thought it was from a defective finish.) She also asked if my wipers were working satisfactorily and I noted that both front wipers were leaving streaks. Moon, then explained everything that would be done on this service visit and also explained that major service would be done on my next visit and showed me what that would entail.. While they were woking on my car she checked back with me to update me on their progress and told me the car would be ready shortly after the service was complete and the car had been washed. This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Moon was very pleasant and efficient, and went out of her way to make sure my service experience was the best possible. I was most impressed by the way she looked over the car ring and suggested the wheel cleaning, and wiper blades, without me even mentioning it. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I've ever had, anywhere, and I've been having cars serviced for many, many years. I'll certainly recommend Subaru City Service to anyone that asks. Thanks. More

Great Service When I arrived for my Appointment we found that the parts had not been delivered even though they were verified that they were in a week earlier. Service advisor was very pleasant in this situation and did not try to hide the error with a lot of hoo-hah. She was very honest and accommodating over and above what I have ever experienced from any other car dealership service department I prior. More
Great job and excellent communication on a broken window. My Outback was vandalized overnight. The service team got me in immediately in the morning, plus I had a flight to catch that same morning. Coordinate Services Took my car in because air was leaking from the window. They did something and said if it continues they would replace some part. Took it back, but instead of replacing it, they just decided yes we need to replace it. Took it to another dealership closer to home and unfortunately neither the dealers would coordinate with each other, so the car was in for a total of six visits. The car was purchased in October -not that old! It was about an hour and a half to two hours for each visit. What a waste of my life! More
