Good, but slow I had an 11 am appointment. It was to attach (glue) a plastic rear bumper cover on a new, leased Ourback vehicle. This was explained to me by the sale I had an 11 am appointment. It was to attach (glue) a plastic rear bumper cover on a new, leased Ourback vehicle. This was explained to me by the salesmen when I bought the lease as a "quick" service call, as all they had to do was wipe the area down and glue the piece on. When I got there they said it would be 45 minutes. This already seemed long to me. I went to the waiting room. After about 60 minutes, I went back to ask about my vehicle. I was told he would check into it and get right back to me. I peered through the shop door and saw that my vehicle was just now being brought brought into the shop (as I saw them driver it in). The service manager I was working with did not come back "right away" and give me an update as to how much longer it would be. I did not want to inquire again, as I had just asked about the time. 20 minutes later he came in and said it was done. I am happy with the work, but the timing and communication needs to be worked on. More

I had allotted about an hour for oil change and tire rotation and it was 1:05. All in all, considering that a full synthetic oil change at Fast Trac cost $92, I consider $71 for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation a bargain. More

First oil change on my 2017 Outback I was very impressed with the ease of check-in and check-out, and the the time it took for the service to be completed was exactly what I was told it I was very impressed with the ease of check-in and check-out, and the the time it took for the service to be completed was exactly what I was told it would be. I test-drove at least ten cars, narrowed it down to three, and when I realized that I kept comparing all of the other cars to the Outback, the decision was made. I chose to buy from Schlossmann Subaru City because the location made it easy to get to, the price was competitive, and the sales representative was helpful with my questions and respectful of the process that I was going through in making this decision. Since the purchase he has called several times to check in, and the one warranty service visit was handled quickly and efficiently. I made a great choice in this car and this dealership. More
